括号里面的是可选的,根据实际情况自己决定,欢迎大家继续补充,完善. 根据自己的实
际情况从list里面选择

1. backpack (& backpack cover in rainy weather, unless you got a waterproof
backpack)
2. tent (footprint and tarp)
3. sleeping pad
4. sleeping bag (and liner)

5. Backpacking Boots
6. Wool socks one pair per day (sock liner) NO COTTON!
7. Trekking poles

8. Water filter, water bottle (and camel pack)
9. Cooking system, including stove, pot, fuel

10. Food and water
11. Compass, map (GPS and extra batteries)
12. Headlight/flashlight and extra batteries
13. Whistle
14. Knife
15. Waterproof match and fire starter
16. First Aid kit
17. Sunglasses and Sun cream
18. Insect Repellents

19. Extra clothes: waterproof jacket and pants, fleece, long&short underwear
. In cold weather, you may need Parka. NO COTTON! (waterproof sack for dry
clothes)
20. Accessories: glove, hat, face mask

For snow travel, you also need:
1. Snow shovel
2. ice ax
3. crampons

For technical climbing, you may need:
1. rope
2. harness
3. carabiners
4. belay device
5. Webbings and prusik
6. Snow/ICE/Rock anchors
