patent bar资格一问：本科医学，化学硕士博士是否符合要求呢？

uspto要求有信件说明考试申请人从事专利相关工作。。。。请问如何拿到这样的信件
呢？如果不是现在在这个行业的话？

Qualifying documentation would show that the USCIS has authorized the
applicant to be
employed or trained in the capacity of representing patent applicants before
the USPTO by
preparing and prosecuting their patent applications. Any USCIS approval
pending at that time will
result in the applicant's application being denied admission to the
examination.

需要某些专业（比如计算机、化学，生物等等）本科以上学位或者一定的学分以上。LZ
专业上符合要求。
身份上需要有绿卡或者是公民，否则必须有相关公司的工作证明。而且如果没有绿卡两
年不practice会过期。

目前，我也有关于考试资格的疑问，恳请知情人给你确切的答案。

我在中国是注册专利代理人，现在日本某专利事务所工作，因为所内每年有上百件去美
国的专利申请，所以我的工作内容也有一些答复OA的工作。现在想考美国的patent bar
，并且看了general requirement bulletin for addmission to the Examination For
registration before uspto, and found this:

Any foreigner not a resident of US who shall file proof to the satisfaction
of the OED Director that he or she is registered and in good standing before
the patent office of the country in which he or she resides and practices,
and who is possessed of the qualifications stated in 11.7, may be registered
as a patent agent to practice before the office or the limited purpose of
presenting and prosecuting patent applications of applicants located in such
country, provided that the patent office of such country allows
substantially reciprocal privileges to those admitted to the practice before
the office. Registration as a patent agent under this paragraph shall
continue only during the period that the conditions specified in this
paragraph obtain…

　　unfortunately, China only allows citizens to take the Chinese patent
exam, and thereafter the above mentioned substantial reciprocal privileges
do not exist by now. Consequently, there seems no possibility for me to take
it for purpose of registration at the current stage.

But I am not sure if there exists a possibility that some foreigner just
take the exam and get the result, but never goes on with the further steps,
such as registration.


最后，问题是，如果我目前的日本事务所能够证明需要我帮助处理美国专利申请的话，
我本人有满足要求的理工科背景，能否凭借一个旅游签证到美国考试？如果可以的，就
算两年后失效，但是至少证明我有这方面的知识，在日本的话，作用还是不小的。
